Whether you’re a long-time Godzilla fan or you’re just starting to dip your toes into this classic franchise, you’re going to love this news. Starting on July 1, Pluto TV is going to have an entire channel dedicated just to Godzilla and his larger-than-life friends. It’s going to feature movies as well as TV shows, and perhaps most exciting of all, it’ll even have a few titles that aren’t available to stream anywhere else.
If you’re not familiar with Pluto TV, it’s a free, ad-supported streaming service that’s owned and operated by Paramount. It offers traditional, cable-style channels as well as on-demand options, and in just a few days, one of those channels is going to be dedicated to the king of the monsters. Here are all the movies and shows that will be available on this new Godzilla channel, as per Comicbook.com:

That’s a lot of titles to sift through, so let me break it down for you a bit. Aside from King Kong vs. Godzilla and Shin Godzilla, it includes all the Japanese live-action Godzilla films, and it also includes the edited, Americanized versions of a few of these movies as well.
On top of that, this new channel will also be playing the animated TV show Godzilla: The Series, which follows the new Godzilla that hatched at the very end of the 1998 American film. Now, if you’ve never seen the show, that might not sound too appealing to you, but it’s actually really cool. This kaiju is much closer to the real Godzilla than the monster in the movie, so in my opinion, it’s worthy of the Godzilla name.
Last but not least, the list also includes all four Mothra films, and I, for one, am super excited for them. I’m a big fan of the original Mothra, but I’ve never seen the Rebirth of Mothra trilogy. Those movies have been on my to-watch list for a while, so you can bet that I’ll be checking them out as soon as I can.
