Beneath Us All Trailer Promises a Good, Old-Fashioned Monster Movie

I have to be honest with you guys, this trailer is going to try your patience a bit, but not for the reasons you might think. Usually, when we bring you new trailers, we know exactly when the movies are coming out, but this time is different. Beneath Us All doesn’t have a distribution deal yet, so unless you catch it on the festival circuit, we’re not sure when any of us will finally get the chance to see it.

Now, that kind of uncertainty often makes me a bit reluctant to write about a film, but I couldn’t resist this one. The trailer for Beneath Us All looks like a really fun time, so even though I have no idea when the movie is coming out, I wanted to let you guys know about it so you could keep your eyes peeled for any further news about its release.

Plot-wise, we don’t really know much about this film. All we know is that the main character, a teenage girl in the foster system named Julia, finds a strange coffin buried in the woods that houses an ancient evil that hasn’t been fed in centuries.

That’s pretty vague, so the main draw here isn’t the story. Instead, it’s the horror, and if the trailer is any indication, Beneath Us All is not going to disappoint in that regard. Sure, the first half of this trailer is a bit run-of-the-mill, but once the midpoint hits, everything changes.

This promises to be a good, old-fashioned creature feature with a creepy monster, and it looks like it’s going to execute its classic tropes really effectively. Simply put, if you’re a fan of monsters, this is definitely a movie you’re going to want to keep an eye out for.

Like I said before, Beneath Us All doesn’t currently have a release date, but once that changes, we’ll be sure to let you all know.
