IFC Midnight are swiftly becoming a big name in indie horror with some top-notch output over the last couple of years such as A Dark Song, The Clovehitch KillerI Trapped the Devil, and more recently Relic. Coming soon in November is Kindred from director Joe Marcantonio, previously known for Corvidae.

IFC Midnight describes this as a psychological thriller rippling with suspense, following vulnerable mother-to-be Charlotte (Tamara Lawrance) as she is taken in by her recently deceased boyfriend’s mother (Fiona Shaw) and her stepson (Jack Lowden), who seem increasingly obsessed with her every move. Plagued by mysterious hallucinations, Charlotte’s suspicions grow about Margaret and Thomas’ intentions for her unborn child.

Kindred is available in select theaters, digital & cable VOD November 6. Meanwhile, take a look at the latest stills of Kindred below, and we’ll bring you more news and a review soon!
